Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for purchases unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Eligibility for Refunds: To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide proof of the issue (photos, description, etc.).
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 1 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
• Fees: Any approved refund may be subject to a 25% restocking fee(if applicable) and will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, perishable goods, and digital downloads are non-refundable.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

• Shipping Carriers: We ship via Purolator depending on the delivery destination and shipping method selected.
• Customers with existing accounts may select to have their product delivered via Core’s internal delivery vehicles. This requires prior approval please email sales@coregases.ca to set this up.
• Shipping Speeds: Customers can choose from the following options at checkout:
o Standard Ground Shipping
o Expedited Ground Shipping
• Shipping Destinations: We currently ship Canada wide. We do not ship outside of Canada
• Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days before shipment.
• Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
